2.3 Account Registration: To use asg555's services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid phone number. You may only register one (1) account. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login information with any third party. asg555 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify asg555 immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
2.5 KYC Verification: asg555 requires all Members to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie verification photo. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions and delayed or denied withdrawal requests.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods: asg555 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
3.2 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via BCA, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically reflected in your asg555 account balance within seconds. BRI, BNI, and other bank transfers may take 15–90 minutes. E-wallet deposits are processed 24/7; bank transfers are subject to Indonesian banking hours and may be delayed during weekends, public holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day), or periods of high transaction volume.
3.3 Deposit Fees: asg555 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose interbank transfer fees or transaction charges. Such fees are your sole responsibility.
3.4 Currency: All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on asg555 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If you deposit funds from a non-IDR account, your bank or payment provider will apply its standard currency conversion rates. asg555 is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
3.5 Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. asg555 reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified sources and may request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds.
4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility: To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) and in Good Standing. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your asg555 account.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in Good Standing, though individual transactions may be subject to daily or weekly processing caps based on your VIP tier and account history.
4.3 Processing Times: asg555 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts as follows: BCA and Mandiri withdrawals average 15–45 minutes during business hours (08.00–22.00 WIB); BRI and BNI withdrawals average 30–90 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) average under 10 minutes, available 24/7. Processing times may be extended during national holidays, weekends, or periods of unusually high withdrawal volume. First-time withdrawals and large-value withdrawals may require additional security review and may take up to 72 hours.
4.4 Withdrawal Fees: asg555 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose interbank transfer charges, and these fees are your responsibility. asg555 recommends selecting a withdrawal method that matches your deposit method to minimize third-party fees.
4.5 Wagering Requirement on Deposits: To prevent money laundering and fraud, asg555 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in total wagers (across any games or sports markets) before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5.
4.6 Withdrawal Cancellation: asg555 reserves the right to cancel or delay a withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or if your account has not met the required wagering turnover. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide an explanation.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility: asg555 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Bonuses are issued at asg555's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, time limits, and game restrictions. Not all Members are automatically eligible for all promotions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x). For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any winnings from it become withdrawable. 5.3 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. 5.4 Bonus Abuse: asg555 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, making opposite bets (hedging) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated software or bots. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses and winnings voided, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
5.5 Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet limits apply. The maximum bet per spin or round is typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5.6 Right to Cancel Bonuses: asg555 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse bonus issuance to any Member at our discretion.

In no event shall asg555's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
8.3 Force Majeure: asg555 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers (banks, e-wallet providers, game suppliers).
8.4 Third-Party Content: asg555 may display content, games, or services provided by third-party suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). 9.1 Voluntary Closure: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. 9.3 Termination for Cause: asg555 may permanently terminate your account and forfeit all balances (including deposited funds) if we determine that you have: (a) provided false information during registration or KYC verification; (b) created multiple accounts; (c) engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse; (d) violated any provision of these Terms; or (e) engaged in conduct that damages asg555's reputation or business interests. Account termination decisions are final and binding.
9.4 Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 365 consecutive days are classified as dormant. asg555 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 10,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is exhausted. To avoid dormancy fees, log in to your account at least once per year.
10.1 Customer Support: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of asg555's services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve your issue promptly and fairly. All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
10.2 Escalation: If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to asg555's senior management by submitting a formal complaint via email. We will respond to escalated complaints within 10 business days.
10.3 Final Decision: All decisions made by asg555 regarding the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account disputes are final and binding. By using the platform, you agree to accept asg555's decisions as conclusive.
10.4 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which asg555 is licensed. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, and you hereby waive any right to a jury trial.
